Here's what Lori has to say about Ephemeral Art, the current focus of her personal work:
My work explores our experience of the passage of time as mediated through the body, the
senses and the unconscious mind. Things exist in the moment and pass away. The body
and senses make contact with the world. The river of sense impressions flows parallel to
and merges with the subterranean river of our unconscious. The inner world speaks through
bodily sensation and symbols. Sensual experience is the meeting place of the waking and
the dream world.
