Make tiles, reliefs and sculptures. Add color with glazes. Printmaking: Over the year we will offer a series of classes covering the main printmaking techniques. Collage and mixed media ages 7-14 Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:00 pm March 7, 14, 28, April 3 Fee: $60 tuition + $15 materials fee Instructor: Lori Caterini Combine images and materials from many sources to make something new and surprising. Drawing, found objects, natural objects, magazine clippings, words, digital images, "junk," paint and scraps of paper come together in endless recombination. Drawing Drawing with the Senses ages 13 to adult Starting Wednesday, April 9 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and subsequent Thursdays April 17 through May 8 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm Fee: $90 + $15 model fee Instructor: Lori Caterini Learn visual thinking enhanced by all the senses. In this class you will learn practical techniques and develop expressiveness and intuition. A variety of materials will be explored in organic sequence of lessons partly based on the Natural Way to Draw. |
