Holiday Music for Your Gathering!
Members of the local band Oberon, the Possum King would be honored and
delighted to play for your holiday party as a fund-raiser for the Community Center for
the Arts.
The Community Center for the Arts will hire the band on your behalf and split the
proceeds with the Possum King. You'll be supporting working musicians AND a good
community cause in one fell swoop! (We hope to have our non-profit status approved by the IRS
before the end of the year. If that works out you'll also be able to deduct the portion of the fee that goes to
C4A, if it applies to your individual tax situation. Of course you'll check this all out on your own before claiming
the deduction!)
How much will all of this cost?
We start at $150 for the first hour. The exact cost will vary depending on how many players
you want (as few as two or as many as five), how long you want them to perform, and whether
you need a PA system. Just give us a call or drop us an e-mail; we'll negotiate on a case by
case basis!
